ワールドインキュベーター株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）は、［Factory Cloud］及び[Factory Cloud]を利用して提供されるサービス「Factory Cloud」（以下「本サービス」といいます）をご利用になる方（以下「ユーザー」といいます）のプライバシーを尊重し、ユーザーの個人情報の管理に細心の注意を払い、これを取扱います。

World Incubator International Corporation (hereinafter the "Company") respects the privacy of all persons who use Factory Cloud and the services provided through Factory Cloud (hereinafter the "Service"; such persons are hereinafter referred to as "Users"), and handles Users' personal information with the utmost care.

個人情報及び個人データ

本プライバシーポリシーにおいて、「個人情報」及び「個人データ」とは、それぞれ個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。）第２条１項及び同６項に規定されたものをいいます。

Personal Information and Personal Data

In this Privacy Policy, "personal information" and "personal data" have the meanings set forth in Article 2, Paragraph 1 and Article 2, Paragraph 6, respectively, of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter the "APPI").

関係法令・ガイドライン等の遵守

当社は、個人情報保護法その他関連法令及びガイドライン等を遵守して、ユーザーの個人情報を適法かつ適正に取り扱います。

Compliance with Applicable Laws, Regulations and Guidelines

The Company handles Users' personal information lawfully and appropriately in compliance with the APPI and other applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.

個人情報の利用目的

個人情報の利用目的は以下の通りです。利用目的を超えて利用することはありません。

ユーザーの個人認証及び会員向け各種サービスの提供
サービスの利用に伴う各種連絡・お知らせの配信
ユーザーの承諾に基づく、本サービス利用企業への個人情報提供
本サービスの運用に伴う一時的なバックアップ保管
記事作成等におけるモニターや取材対象者の応募受付及び対象者への連絡
別途ご同意いただいたユーザーへのメールマガジン、各種お知らせ等の情報配信
別途ご同意いただいたユーザーへの取材、アンケート要請のご連絡
サービス登録希望者に対するURL情報の配信
ユーザーとの間で取引、業務支援又は業務提携等を行う取引・提携候補先企業の探索、検討、選定及び提案等のため
本サービスの向上、関連事業開発及び提携企業のマーケティング等の目的で登録情報を集計及び分析
前号の集計及び分析等により得られたものを、個人を識別又は特定できない態様にて、第三者に開示または提供するため
本サービスに関するご意見、お問い合わせへの回答

Purposes of Use of Personal Information

The Company uses personal information for the purposes set out below, and will not use it beyond these purposes.

To authenticate individual Users and to provide the various services available to members
To send notices and communications of various kinds in connection with use of the Service
To provide personal information to companies using the Service, based on the User's consent
To store temporary backups in connection with the operation of the Service
To accept applications from, and communicate with, monitors and interviewees for the production of articles and similar content
To distribute newsletters, notices and other information to Users who have separately given their consent
To contact Users who have separately given their consent with requests for interviews and surveys
To distribute URL information to persons wishing to register for the Service
To search for, review, select and propose prospective partner companies for transactions, business support, business alliances and similar arrangements with Users
To compile and analyze registered information for purposes such as improving the Service, developing related businesses, and marketing by partner companies
To disclose or provide the results of the compilation and analysis described in the preceding item to third parties in a form in which individuals cannot be identified or specified
To respond to opinions and inquiries regarding the Service

個人情報提供の任意性

本サービスの各サービスの実施においてそれぞれ必要となる項目を入力いただかない場合は、各々のサービスを受けられない場合があります。これにより、ユーザーに何らかの損害・不都合等が生じたとしても、当社は一切責任を負いません。

Voluntary Nature of Providing Personal Information

If a User does not enter the items required for each of the services within the Service, the User may be unable to receive that service. The Company accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage or inconvenience caused to the User as a result.

個人情報の第三者への提供

当社は、原則として、ユーザーご本人の同意を得ずに個人データを第三者に提供しません。ただし、以下の場合は、関係法令に反しない範囲で、ユーザーの同意なく個人データを第三者に提供することがあります。

人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、ユーザーご本人の承諾を得ることが困難である場合
国の機関若しくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合で、ユーザーご本人の同意を得ることによりその事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
裁判所、検察庁、警察、弁護士会、消費者センターまたはこれらに準じた権限を有する機関から開示を求められた場合
ユーザーご本人から明示的に第三者への開示または提供を求められた場合
法令により開示または提供が許容されている場合
利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人情報取扱い業務の一部または全部を委託する場合

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

As a general rule, the Company does not provide personal data to third parties without the consent of the User. However, in the following cases the Company may provide personal data to third parties without the User's consent, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations:

Where provision is necessary to protect the life, body or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual concerned
Where provision is especially necessary to improve public health or to promote the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the User's consent
Where it is necessary to cooperate with a national government body, a local government, or a party commissioned by either of them in carrying out affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the User's consent is likely to impede the performance of those affairs
Where disclosure is requested by a court, a public prosecutor's office, the police, a bar association, a consumer affairs center, or any body with equivalent authority
Where the User expressly requests disclosure or provision to a third party
Where disclosure or provision is permitted by laws and regulations
Where all or part of the handling of personal information is outsourced to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use

第三者提供に関する免責事項

以下の場合は、第三者による個人データの取得に関し、当社は何らの責任を負いません。

ユーザー自らが本サービスの機能または別の手段を用いて第三者に対し個人情報を提供し又は明らかにする場合
活動情報またはその他のユーザーが本サービスに入力した情報により、期せずして本人が特定できてしまった場合
本サービスからリンクされる第三者の運営する外部サイトにおいて、ユーザーが当該第三者に対し個人情報を提供し、当該第三者によりかかる個人情報が利用された場合
ユーザー本人以外の第三者が、当社の責に帰すべき事由なくユーザー個人を識別できる情報（ID・パスワード等）を入手した場合

Disclaimer Regarding Provision to Third Parties

The Company bears no responsibility whatsoever for the acquisition of personal data by a third party in the following cases:

Where the User provides or discloses personal information to a third party using a function of the Service or by any other means
Where the User is unintentionally identified as a result of activity information or other information the User has entered into the Service
Where the User provides personal information to a third party on an external site operated by that third party and linked from the Service, and that personal information is used by that third party
Where a third party other than the User obtains information that can identify the User (ID, password, etc.) through no fault of the Company

情報提供先企業における個人情報管理

ユーザーの同意又は上記「個人情報の第三者への提供」に定める各事由に基づいて提供されたユーザーの個人情報は、情報提供先企業の定める個人情報管理に関する規程に則って管理されます。当社は情報提供先企業に対し、利用目的の範囲内でユーザーの個人情報を適切に管理するよう啓発しています。

Management of Personal Information by Recipient Companies

Users' personal information provided on the basis of the User's consent or any of the grounds set out in "Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties" above is managed in accordance with the personal information management rules established by the recipient company. The Company encourages recipient companies to manage Users' personal information appropriately and within the scope of the purposes of use.

個人データの共同利用

当社は、当社が取得した個人データを特定の者（以下「共同利用者」といいます。）との間で共同利用する場合があります。また、当社は共同利用者が取得した個人データを共同利用する場合があります。

共同利用する個人データの項目：当社及び共同利用者が取得した個人データの項目は、当社又は共同利用者において相互にすべて共同利用する可能性がありますが、当社及び共同利用者は、業務の遂行に必要な最小限の個人データの項目しか利用いたしません。
共同利用者の範囲：東経連ビジネスセンター、東経連ビジネスセンター所属のコーディネーター及び本サービス提供にあたって当社がコーディネート業務に関する契約等を締結したコーディネーター、及び「当社グループ会社」
共同利用の目的：「個人情報の利用目的」に記載した利用目的と同じ利用目的です。
共同利用する個人データの管理責任者：当社個人情報管理責任者

Joint Use of Personal Data

The Company may jointly use personal data it has acquired with certain parties (hereinafter "Joint Users"). The Company may also jointly use personal data acquired by Joint Users.

Items of personal data jointly used: All items of personal data acquired by the Company and by Joint Users may in principle be jointly used between them; however, the Company and Joint Users will use only the minimum items of personal data necessary to perform their operations.
Scope of Joint Users: Tokeiren Business Center, coordinators belonging to Tokeiren Business Center, coordinators with whom the Company has concluded agreements concerning coordination work for the provision of the Service, and companies of the Company's group
Purposes of joint use: The same as the purposes stated in "Purposes of Use of Personal Information."
Party responsible for managing the jointly used personal data: The Company's Personal Information Management Officer

個人情報処理の外部委託

当社は、個人情報取扱い業務の一部または全部を外部委託することがあります。なお、委託先における個人情報の取扱いについては当社が責任を負います。

Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

The Company may outsource all or part of its handling of personal information to external contractors. The Company remains responsible for the handling of personal information by such contractors.

統計処理されたデータの利用

当社は、提供を受けた個人情報をもとに、個人を特定できないよう加工した統計データを作成することがあります。個人を特定できない統計データについては、当社は何ら制限なく利用することができるものとします。

Use of Statistically Processed Data

The Company may create statistical data, processed so that individuals cannot be identified, on the basis of the personal information provided to it. The Company may use such statistical data without restriction.

個人情報の変更等

ユーザーは、本サービスにおいて登録した個人情報をいつでも閲覧、訂正、追加または削除、利用停止することができます。
また、原則としてユーザー本人に限り、「個人情報の利用目的」の通知を求めることが出来るものとします。ただし、以下の場合は開示に応じないことがあります。

当該個人情報の利用目的が明らかな場合
ユーザー本人または第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利・利益を害するおそれがある場合
本サービスの適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼす等当社の権利又は正当な利益を害するおそれがある場合
他の法令に違反することとなる場合

Changes to Personal Information

Users may view, correct, add to, delete, or suspend the use of the personal information they have registered with the Service at any time.
In addition, as a general rule only the User themselves may request notification of the purposes of use of their personal information. However, the Company may decline to disclose such information in the following cases:

Where the purpose of use of the personal information concerned is already clear
Where disclosure is likely to harm the life, body, property or other rights or interests of the User or a third party
Where disclosure is likely to harm the Company's rights or legitimate interests, for example by significantly impeding the proper operation of the Service
Where disclosure would violate other laws or regulations

個人情報の正確性

当社は、ご提供いただいた個人情報を正確にデータ処理し、正確かつ最新の内容に保つように努めます。ただし、ご提供いただいた個人情報の内容が正確かつ最新でないことによりユーザーに何らかの損害・不利益等が発生した場合には、ユーザーが一切の責任を負うものとします。

Accuracy of Personal Information

The Company endeavors to process the personal information provided to it accurately and to keep it accurate and up to date. However, if any damage or disadvantage is caused to a User because the personal information the User provided is not accurate or up to date, the User shall bear all responsibility.

要配慮個人情報の取得制限

当社は、要配慮個人情報（個人情報保護法第２条３項）の取得は原則として行いません。ただし、あらかじめユーザーが同意した場合及び関係法令に基づき許容されている場合は、この限りではありません。なお、当社がユーザーから要配慮個人情報を適正に直接取得する場合には、ユーザーが当該情報を提供したことをもって本人の同意があったものとみなします。

Restrictions on Acquiring Special Care-Required Personal Information

As a general rule, the Company does not acquire special care-required personal information (as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the APPI). This does not apply where the User has given prior consent or where acquisition is permitted under applicable laws and regulations. Where the Company properly acquires special care-required personal information directly from a User, the User's provision of that information shall be deemed to constitute their consent.

個人情報の管理について

当社は、その管理下にある個人情報の紛失、誤用、改変を防止するために、適切なセキュリティ対策の実施に努めています。個人情報は、一般の利用者がアクセスできない安全な環境下に保管しています。

Management of Personal Information

The Company endeavors to implement appropriate security measures to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of the personal information under its control. Personal information is stored in a secure environment that is not accessible to the general public.

本人確認について

当社は、本サービスのユーザー登録やユーザーがサービスを利用する場合、個人情報の開示、訂正、削除もしくは利用停止の求めに応じる場合など、個人を識別できる情報（氏名、住所、電話番号、生年月日、メールアドレス、会員番号、パスワードなど）により、本人であることを確認します。ただし、本人以外が個人を識別できる情報を入手し使用した場合、当社は責任を負いません。

Identity Verification

When a User registers for or uses the Service, and when the Company responds to a request for disclosure, correction, deletion or suspension of use of personal information, the Company verifies the identity of the individual using information that can identify them (name, address, telephone number, date of birth, e-mail address, membership number, password, etc.). However, the Company bears no responsibility where a person other than the individual concerned obtains and uses such identifying information.

個人を特定しない属性情報・行動履歴の取得及び利用について

当社は、ユーザーのプライバシーの保護、利便性の向上、広告の配信、及び統計データの取得のため、Cookieを使用します。また当社は、CookieやJavaScript等の技術を利用して、ユーザー登録時等にご提供いただいた情報のうち年齢や性別、職業、居住地域など個人が特定できない属性情報（組み合わせることによっても個人が特定できないもの）や、サイト内におけるユーザーの行動履歴（アクセスしたURL、コンテンツ、参照順等）を取得することがあります。ただし、Cookie及び行動履歴には個人情報は一切含まれません。

Acquisition and Use of Non-Identifying Attribute Information and Browsing History

The Company uses cookies in order to protect Users' privacy, improve convenience, deliver advertising, and obtain statistical data. Using technologies such as cookies and JavaScript, the Company may also acquire attribute information that cannot identify an individual (and that cannot identify an individual even in combination), such as age, gender, occupation and area of residence provided at the time of user registration, as well as Users' browsing history within the site (URLs accessed, content viewed, order of browsing, etc.). Cookies and browsing history contain no personal information whatsoever.

ユーザーからお預かりした宛先情報について

本サービスでは、宛先情報についてはユーザーの依頼に基づいてメッセージを送信するためのみに利用し、個人情報として適切に管理します。
宛先情報の登録・変更・削除はユーザーに委ねられており、本サービス側での変更や削除は原則として行いません。変更・削除を希望される方は、メッセージを送信したユーザーへ直接お問い合わせください。
なお､送信者にお心当たりがない場合は下記の個人情報管理の問い合わせ先にご連絡ください。

Recipient Information Entrusted to Us by Users

In the Service, recipient information is used solely to send messages at the User's request and is managed appropriately as personal information.
The registration, modification and deletion of recipient information is left to the User; as a general rule, the Service does not modify or delete it. If you wish to have such information modified or deleted, please contact the User who sent the message directly.

行動履歴の取得及び利用について

当社は、ユーザーの利便性の向上、広告の配信、及び統計データの取得のため、サイト内におけるユーザーの行動履歴（アクセスしたURL、コンテンツ、参照順等）を取得することがあります。

Acquisition and Use of Browsing History

The Company may acquire Users' browsing history within the site (URLs accessed, content viewed, order of browsing, etc.) in order to improve convenience for Users, deliver advertising, and obtain statistical data.
